How to Bridge the Gap Between Generation Y and Z?

In today's world, demands on the learner have increased as to what we should expect. In the past years, we've been able to distinguish how a traditional  classroom is and an authentic one is. Understanding strengths and differences of each generational group and leveraging the strengths and creating the work environment that values differences would be a great help in addressing the gap between these two generation .
It has always been a great challenge among the teachers on how to cater the gap between these two generations. As according to UNJSPF, understanding differences between the generations is fundamental in building successful multi  generational workplace. For each generation there are particular experiences that
mold specific preferences,expectations, beliefs and work style but these two particular generation has only a little difference when it comes to their learning. Gen Y  are the first who grow up with computers and internet significant to there lives.
 Gen Y and Z are both digitally oriented but when it comes to how they value the importance of technology in their it varies since  Gen Y sees it as a meaningful tool to their lives and the Gen Z as an entertainer for their eyes.
As a future teacher , being innovative and sensitive in delivering the lesson would be a very appealing one to address this gap between them. With the integration of technology in the instruction in a very creative and dynamic way I can bridge this gap positively.
